Harvesting of the honey in small batches by the old-fashioned crush and strain method. The result is beautiful pure raw honey.

The wax is very clean and each comb is freshly built by the bees in the hives during each season’s harvest.

The bees nectar comes from a variety of herbs and flowers in the garden.

It’s very enjoyable having bees around while gardening and there is no use any toxic chemicals or pesticides.
